Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
\xe2\x96\xaa Monitoring market trends, and studying competitors\' products and services
\xe2\x96\xaa Identify target markets and developing strategies
\xe2\x96\xaa Oversee the management of the production of promotional material
\xe2\x96\xaa Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
\xe2\x96\xaa Development of the company\'s online presence through active social media engagement
\xe2\x96\xaa Prepare Budgets, Sales Forecasts, Sales Performance Reviews & Projections
\xe2\x96\xaa Development of sales campaigns and implementation of the marketing plans as needed
Experience
0-12 years in Agriculture Machinery Industry (Combine Harvester, RTP, Potato
planter)
Industry Preferred
Prior experience in Agricultural inputs industry (e.g., UPL, Bayer, Syngenta), tractor and farm mechanization industry (e.g.,
TAFE, Sonalika, Shaktiman), commercial vehicle industry (e.g., Ashok Leyland), consumer durables industry with rural markets
as focus
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, marketing, business management or other related fields. A Master\'s degree in Business
Administration (MBA) or other business-related fields will be preferred
General Requirements

\xe2\x96\xaa Strong communication and team management skills
\xe2\x96\xaa Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
