Strong Interpersonal skills Decision making and taking accountability for actions and meeting TimelinesYour Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring that marketing plans resonate with current and potential customers. Establish and maintain Brand Budgets and Ideate Quarterly Mktg Plans on approval from the Head Of Marketing. Define and manage the brand communication & strategy using a variety of media. Good hold & understanding over Digital Marketing. Co-ordinate with External Marketing Agencies and Regional Mktg Teams. Good hold & Understanding of Aggregator platforms. Ensuring Approval Processes as set within the Marketing Dept. Ensuring smooth coordination between departments within the organisation. Having a prior Experience in managing a Team. Create, Execute, and Manage Marketing Programs and Campaigns. Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative. Ensure and Enhancing brand visibility at & around the outlets. Monitoring local promotion, planning and implementation of promotional activities. Developing marketing strategies . Ensuring smooth execution of all planned activities. Reporting to the HOMExperience: Minimum 5 years in the F&B industry.Skills: Good Hold on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.Salary: Negotiable, as per Industry StandardsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
