Job Title: Marketing Manager - Institution Business Location: Mumbai
About the Client: Our client is a leading animal health company. About the Role: Support the institutional business to achieve Top Line Sales of assigned brands. Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Understand the market environment in the reimbursed segment for the assigned portfolio and be able to identify the drivers/opportunity areas, subsequently work with the line manager in defining the institutional strategy for the brands
  • Identify and communicate major market and competitive environment trends and how they will impact the customer, market and brands (e.g. competitor analyses)
  • Develop and execute communication plan for the Brands in reimbursed market on an annual basis.
  • Formulate tactical activations in line with defined strategy
  • Identify new channels for digital activations and formulate a digital communication plan in line with Integrated Customer Plan
  • Ensure effective execution of activities by interfacing with the sales team on a periodic basis.
  • Maintain a tracker and analyse impact of specific activations for the brands
  • Participate in the development of the stakeholder strategy leveraging the support of Line Report, Business Analysis and other functions.
  • Provide inputs to the Brand Planning process
  • Cross-functional collaboration with brand teams, sales, medical, market access, legal, healthcare compliance, purchase, regulatory, finance, supply chain for brand objectives
  • Undertake Fieldwork to capture competitor information, gauge customer perception and identify execution gaps
  • Coordinate with creative and event agencies to drive marketing campaigns and activities

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate in Science/Marketing preferably have Master of Business Administration.
  • Diabetes work experience preferred
  • Relevant work experience in Marketing
  • Integrated brand/ customer planning
  • Development of promotional communication & campaigns
  • Develop KOL advocacy
  • Market research
  • Sales analytics
