to lead our brand and campaign strategy across channels.

Role Overview

As the

Marketing Manager

, you will drive the brand's marketing vision, create and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage agency relationships, and ensure a consistent, elevated brand presence both online and offline. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative insight, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement 360 marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and seasonal business objectives. Lead campaigns across digital, print, in-store, influencer, and experiential marketing. Oversee all content and creative development in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Manage social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility. Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, and optimize based on insights. Collaborate with showroom teams to plan promotions, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. Handle the marketing budget efficiently and deliver ROI-positive results. Stay ahead of trends in the jewellery, retail, and luxury lifestyle industries.

Qualifications

4-7 years of marketing experience (retail/luxury/jewellery segment preferred). Strong understanding of brand positioning, content strategy, and campaign management. Proven experience in managing digital and influencer campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
