Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and manage marketing initiatives for our solar companies in the US and India. This role requires someone with an aggressive performance-marketing background (especially in Meta Ads -- Facebook/Instagram) who can also oversee a broader marketing function -- brand development, website, content, creative assets, and outsourced talent.
This is a leadership-track role: you will both execute media campaigns hands-on and manage a mix of freelancers, firms, and specialists (content, graphics, video, website) to create a cohesive marketing engine that drives performance and brand strength.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing
  • Own and operate Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) -- planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling.
  • Drive lead generation and sales through structured testing, data analysis, and ROI optimization.
  • Expand into other paid channels (Google, YouTube, LinkedIn) as needed.
  • Marketing Management
  • Oversee a small marketing team (freelancers, agencies, or in-house specialists).
  • Manage creative production -- graphics, videos, content -- ensuring consistent brand identity.
  • Work with web developers/designers to maintain and improve company websites and landing pages.
  • Align marketing strategy with business goals across both the US and India operations.
  • Brand & Strategy
  • Build and refine the brand image, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Develop campaign strategies for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Ensure all marketing activities support the company's sales objectives.
Required Skills & Background
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads with experience running large-scale, results-driven campaigns.
  • Strong background in performance marketing & lead generation (B2C or solar/renewable energy experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders -- freelancers, agencies, designers, editors, content writers.
  • Experience in brand building, content planning, and creative direction.
  • Strong project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Excellent communication skills to work across US and India teams.
