Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business development, managing dealer/distributor networks, and expanding Vinar's market footprint across Delhi, NCR, and Pan-India. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for corporate and government client engagement and team leadership, with a strategic focus on revenue growth and brand positioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Expansion
Drive marketing and business development activities across Delhi, NCR, and Pan-India.
Identify new business opportunities within corporate, industrial, and government sectors.
Conduct product presentations and client meetings to promote company solutions.
Dealer & Distributor Network Management
Build, onboard, and manage a nationwide dealer and distributor network.
Support dealers with product training, business initiation, and marketing activities.
Address dealer requirements, coordinate orders, and manage escalations.
Client Engagement & Sales Operations
Develop strong working relationships with corporate and government departments.
Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business.
Manage advance payments, balance collections, PDCs, and related financial follow-ups.
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, guide, and motivate Sales & Business Development Executives.
Drive sales planning (daily/weekly/monthly/annual targets).
Manage incentive programs for marketing and business development teams.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain accurate MIS, sales reports, and analytics dashboards.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with
minimum 3 years of experience
in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in
B2B / Industrial / Corporate / Government
sectors preferred.
Strong experience in
dealer/distributor management
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
MIS reporting and business analytics
.
Ability to lead a team and meet organizational sales targets.
