Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing across two premium international brands - Jacadi Paris (luxury children's wear) and Ligne Roset (luxury contemporary furniture).
This role spans strategy, execution, and team management, and is suited to someone who is equally comfortable shaping brand direction as well as writing copy, reviewing creatives, and driving day-to-day execution. Given the lean team structure, the candidate must enjoy being close to the work while progressively building scale.
The role covers:o Jacadi Paris - Retail (Mumbai & Bengaluru), E-commerce, and new store launcheso Ligne Roset - One flagship store, with focus on social media, content, PR, and design-led events
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Leadership
Own brand tone, storytelling, and visual consistency for Jacadi and Ligne Roset
Personally write and refine copy where required (social, campaigns, CRM, press notes)
Guide creative direction and review outputs from the graphic designer
Campaigns, Social & Content
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, drops, sales, and brand moments
Own social media calendars for both brands
For Ligne Roset, focus on design storytelling, collections, collaborations, and furniture-led content
Actively contribute to content creation and captions, especially for high-visibility posts Retail, Events & Brand Activations
Lead store marketing initiatives, windows, events, and mall partnerships
For Ligne Roset, conceptualise and execute any marketing collateral requirements for furniture events, designer walkthroughs, and private previews
Ensure on-ground execution aligns with brand positioning
E-commerce & Performance (Jacadi)
Work closely with the execution lead on performance marketing and online campaigns
Review creatives, messaging, and campaign structures
Ensure alignment between product availability, merchandising priorities, and marketing pushes
PR, Influencers & Partnerships
Lead PR and influencer strategy across both brands
Manage agencies, review plans, and ensure brand-appropriate outreach
Personally step in on key relationships, collaborations, and events
Team Management & Execution Balance
Manage the marketing team and external agencies
Set direction but also step in to execute when required
Maintain high quality while working within a small, agile team
Reporting & Reviews
Track campaign performance, social growth, PR coverage, and budgets
Prepare clear updates for internal stakeholders and brand principals.
Candidate Profile
6-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury / premium fashion, design, or lifestyle brands
Strong writing and copy-editing skills are essential
Experience across retail marketing, social media, and events
Comfortable balancing strategy, execution, and people management
Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
Organised, proactive, and hands-on by nature
Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
