We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven
Marketing Manager
who can lead end-to-end marketing operations with a strong focus on
SEO, Digital Marketing, AI-driven tools, lead generation, and client handling
. The ideal candidate should be capable of scaling marketing efforts, managing a team, and converting leads into long-term client relationships while staying updated with the latest market trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Growth
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies using market trends and data insights.
Monitor industry updates, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.
SEO & Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
Manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Social Media, Email, Content).
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize ROI.
AI Tools & Marketing Automation
Leverage AI tools for marketing automation, content optimization, lead scoring, and analytics.
Implement AI-based tools for campaign efficiency, audience targeting, and predictive insights.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Design and execute lead generation strategies across organic and paid channels.
Ensure smooth lead-to-connection and lead-to-client conversion processes.
Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to improve conversion ratios.
Client Handling & Communication
Manage end-to-end client handling from lead qualification to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related client discussions and reporting.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
Assign tasks, review output, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development sessions.
What Is Needed for This Position Educational & Professional Background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum
3+ years of hands-on experience
in Marketing or Digital Marketing roles.
