: Team Leader - Marketing



Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Team Leader to lead the end-to-end

marketing function, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and lead conversion for the

sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience across Public Relations, Social

Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Stakeholder

Management, with a strong focus on marketing strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategy & Planning

? Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives

and sales goals.

? Define quarterly marketing plans and budgets for digital, PR, and brand activities.

? Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's market presence through data-driven

insights.

2. Brand Management & PR

? Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity.

? Manage PR campaigns, media relations, and press communications to enhance brand

reputation.

? Plan and execute events, webinars, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

? Lead all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and

performance campaigns.

? Optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for maximum ROI and lead

generation.

? Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics and conversions.

4. Social Media & Content Strategy

? Develop and execute a strong social media calendar to increase engagement and

follower base.

? Collaborate with design and content teams to produce impactful creatives and

storytelling.

? Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across platforms.

5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

? Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with lead generation

targets.

? Liaise with internal departments and external agencies for timely campaign execution.

? Manage relationships with digital agencies, PR firms, and media partners.

6. Leadership & Team Development

? Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to deliver high-quality output.

? Ensure timely review, reporting, and analysis of team performance and campaign

results.

? Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

? 5-8 years of proven experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a team leadership

role.

? Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM, and

automation platforms.

? Strong understanding of digital trends, performance marketing, and brand building.

? Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

? Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities.

? Growth in inbound qualified leads for sales.

? Improvement in brand awareness and engagement metrics.

? ROI from paid campaigns and digital spend.

? Successful execution of marketing calendar and campaigns.
