Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing effective marketing strategies to grow the company's presence and reach. Core responsibilities include managing online and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring campaign performance, market analysis, brand positioning, and ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Campaign Management
Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
Experience in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Collaboration
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities

Prior experience in marketing for the corporate gifting or manufacturing industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
