Job Description

Role Summary

The 360-Degree Marketing Manager will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across all channels. This role is responsible for building brand presence, driving demand, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars and budgets Identify target audiences and customer journeys across channels

Digital & Performance Marketing



Manage SEO, SEM, paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and marketing automation Drive lead generation, conversion, and ROI optimization Track and analyze performance metrics and dashboards

Brand & Content Marketing



Own brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, emailers, and campaigns Manage PR, influencer, and brand collaboration initiatives

Offline & On-Ground Marketing



Plan and execute events, exhibitions, partnerships, and ATL/BTL activities Coordinate print, outdoor, and promotional campaigns where applicable

Team & Stakeholder Management



Lead internal marketing teams and external agencies Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams Manage vendors, partners, and marketing service providers
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
