Role Summary
Arcitech is seeking a
Marketing Manager
to lead and execute the company's
end-to-end digital marketing and lead generation strategy
. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for
SEO, SMM, paid advertising, funnel building, analytics, content direction, and campaign performance
.
The Marketing Manager will manage and mentor a team including
SEO specialists, SMM executives, video editors, and graphic designers
, ensuring all content and campaigns align with business goals and generate qualified leads for
Arcitech and its sister companies
across multiple domains (IT, Media & Entertainment, Recruitment Services, Investment Services, and more).
Key Responsibilities1) Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising (Hands-on Ownership)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion campaigns
Other platforms as needed (LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, etc.)
Lead
UGC ad strategy
: concept development, briefs, hook frameworks, creative testing, and iteration cycles.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ROAS/CPA targets with continuous performance optimization.
2) SEO Strategy & Website Health (Hands-on + Team Lead)
Own full SEO lifecycle:
technical SEO, on-page, off-page, content SEO, local SEO (if applicable)
.
Use analytics and auditing tools to monitor and improve website health:
GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager
SEO tools (e.g., Semrush/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog or equivalent)
Heatmaps/session recordings (e.g., Hotjar or similar)
Drive measurable improvements in rankings, organic traffic, lead conversions, and site performance.
3) Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Brand Growth
Define channel strategy and content direction for:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Ensure the right content goes to the right platform (website vs Instagram vs Facebook vs LinkedIn) based on audience intent and funnel stage.
Guide team on creative formats: reels, carousels, static creatives, long-form video, stories, short-form UGC, etc.
4) Funnel Building & Lead Generation (Core KPI Ownership)
Build and manage funnels "inside out":
Awareness ? Consideration ? Conversion ? Retention
Landing pages, lead magnets, nurturing sequences, retargeting flows
Own lead generation for Arcitech and sister companies:
Create segmented lead strategies per business vertical
Improve lead quality through targeting, messaging, and qualification mechanisms
Collaborate with sales/business teams to ensure lead handoff, tracking, and conversion feedback loops.
5) Content Strategy & Creative Direction
Set direction for website content, social content, ads creatives, and campaign messaging.
Ensure consistency in:
Brand tone, positioning, and value proposition
Content relevance, clarity, and conversion intent
Provide clear briefs and review cycles for designers and video editors aligned with marketing goals.
6) Reporting, Analytics & Decision-Making
Own weekly/monthly reporting across SEO, paid ads, social growth, and lead pipeline:
CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, engagement, rankings, traffic quality
Translate performance data into action plans and experiments (A/B tests, creative testing, CRO improvements).
Maintain dashboards and campaign documentation for leadership visibility.
7) Team Leadership & Execution Governance
Manage and guide a cross-functional team (SEO, SMM, designers, video editors).
Allocate tasks, set weekly priorities, and ensure timelines, quality standards, and performance KPIs.
Build SOPs and scalable workflows for content, ads, reporting, and campaign execution.
8) AI Tools & Marketing Automation (AI-first Mindset)
Adopt and implement modern
AI-powered marketing tools
to improve productivity and outcomes:
AI for content ideation, copy drafts, creatives, SEO research, analytics insights, workflow automation
Identify new tools/trends and operationalize them to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on command of:
SEO + SMM + Paid Ads (Google Ads + Meta Ads mandatory)
Funnel building and conversion strategy
Analytics and measurement (GA4, GSC, GTM, reporting dashboards)
UGC ad strategy and creative testing frameworks
Strong understanding of content strategy and platform-specific content planning.
Strong project management and team leadership capability.
Ability to manage multiple business verticals and campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication: briefs, reporting, stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
5-10 years of relevant digital marketing experience
