Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for Waayu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand building, demand generation, product positioning, and driving customer acquisition and engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product adoption for Waayu

Own product marketing including positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launch plans

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid ads)

Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies

Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns

Lead content strategy including website, blogs, case studies, creatives, and marketing collaterals

Track and report marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, and campaign performance

Build and manage external vendors, agencies, and internal marketing teams (if applicable)

Support sales teams with presentations, pitch decks, and enablement materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)

5-6 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of product marketing and brand management

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
