is a marketing agency that runs growth for multiple brands.

Yogalates with Rashmi (YWR)

is our in-house D2C brand (courses + community). You'll drive paid growth for YWR and help bring in clients for Caliac via smart outreach + podcast-led networking.

Role Summary

We're hiring someone who can

own Meta Ads (primary)

+

Google Ads (secondary)

, while also doing

business development outreach

to bring in marketing clients.
This is a

hands-on + leadership

role: you'll execute, guide juniors/freelancers, and build repeatable systems.

What You'll Do (Performance Marketing -- 70%)

Meta Ads (Primary)



Plan + launch conversion campaigns (Lead / Purchase / WhatsApp / Webinar / Funnel) Creative testing system: hooks, angles, formats, UGC-style, carousels, statics, video variants Weekly optimization: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, funnel drop-offs Build structured testing frameworks (A/B testing, scaling rules, kill rules) Improve landing pages/funnels with the team (copy, offer, structure, retargeting)

Google Ads (Secondary)



Run Search + YouTube retargeting (brand + non-brand + competitor where relevant) Keyword planning + ad copy + conversion tracking sanity checks

Tracking & Reporting



Ensure pixel/CAPI basics, events, UTMs, attribution discipline Weekly growth reports: what ran, what won, what failed, what next
What You'll Do (Business Development / Outreach -- 30%)

Identify and outreach to prospects (brands that need content + performance marketing)

Podcast-based outreach

: invite ideal founders/marketers to Caliac podcasts and convert into warm relationships Set up discovery calls, qualify leads, and coordinate with internal team for proposals Build a light CRM discipline: pipeline stages, follow-ups, next steps
Who We're Looking For

Must-Have



Strong Meta Ads experience with real campaign ownership (not just "assisted") Solid understanding of funnels + creative testing + performance metrics Comfortable leading a small team or coordinating freelancers (design/video/copy) Good communication + structured thinking + bias to action Relevant work experience in performance marketing / growth

Big Plus



Experience in

health / fitness / wellness

(especially course-led brands) D2C subscription/community funnels, WhatsApp-led funnels, webinar funnels Agency experience (handling multiple clients/brands)
KPIs / What Success Looks Like (first 90 days)

Performance



Stable weekly testing cadence (ex: 10-20 new creatives/month minimum) Clear reporting rhythm + measurable improvements in CPA/ROAS over baseline Retargeting system + offer testing live

Business Development



Consistent outreach activity (daily/weekly) A clean pipeline with qualified leads + meetings booked At least a few warm prospects via podcast outreach
