The marketing manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales support for real estate projects. The role requires close coordination with sales and external agencies to ensure high-quality leads and strong project positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects
Prepare annual and project-wise marketing plans and budgets
Define target audience, positioning, and communication strategy
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Drive digital marketing campaigns
Manage lead generation through online and offline channels
Monitor CPL, lead quality, and campaign ROI
Branding & Communication
Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels
Develop creatives, brochures, hoardings, site branding, and corporate collaterals
Oversee PR activities, media releases, and brand partnerships
Agency & Vendor Management
Manage digital agencies, creative agencies, media planners, and vendors
Negotiate media plans, rates, and deliverables
Ensure timely execution and quality output
Sales & Pre-Sales Support
Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
Support project launches, site events, and promotional activities
Provide market insights on competitors, pricing, and buyer behavior.
Analytics, Reporting & Compliance
Track campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and marketing ROI
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and advertising norms
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality
Lead-to-site-visit and booking support metrics
Campaign ROI and conversion ratios
Brand visibility and market recall
Timely execution of launches and campaigns
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of real estate marketing and buyer journey
Expertise in digital marketing, portals, and performance marketing
Excellent communication, planning, and vendor management skills
Data-driven mind-set with strong analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Marketing (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proven experience in real estate or allied industries
