Job Description

Job Purpose: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and

implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote corrugated

packaging solutions, generate new business, maintain strong customer

relationships, and achieve organizational growth targets.

Roles & responsibility: Knowledge of Sales & Marketing field. Good

understanding of products & industries. Generating potentially leads, making

client contacts, arranging meeting, plant visit, development of quotations &

samples, Keeping Client follow-up and Handling client till generation of PO.

Handing over job & product details to production and quality team and

maintain smooth transition of client from sales to Customer relation

department. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer

demands in the corrugated packaging industry.

Key Skills & Competencies

? Strong knowledge of corrugated packaging processes, products, and

applications.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

? Analytical mindset with business acumen.

? Leadership and team management skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting system ERP

knowledge is must. Basic skills - (Word, excel, mails); Good

communication skills and team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Total work: 3 years (Preferred) industrial Marketing space.: 3 years (Preferred)
