PND Fine Industries is hiring 4 Marketing Managers to lead B2B and industrial marketing for its Nashik (Sinnar?Musalgaon) manufacturing site; the role focuses on digital + traditional campaigns, lead generation, trade shows, and sales enablement

Position:

Marketing Manager (4 openings)

Location:

Plot No. 36 & 47, Sinnar Taluka Industrial Co?op Estate, Musalgaon, Nashik, Maharashtra 422103.

Company profile:

PND Fine Industries is an active manufacturing firm in the Sinnar?Malegaon industrial area (plastic fabrication and related services).

Core responsibilities

Strategy & planning:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital + traditional) to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.

Campaign execution:

Run digital campaigns (social media, search ads, email, content), produce print collaterals (brochures, catalogs), and manage presence at trade fairs and industry events.

Market research:

Map competitors, segment buyers, identify demand trends, and recommend product/market priorities.

Collateral & content:

Create product presentations, technical datasheets, proposals, and website/LinkedIn content.

Cross?functional coordination:

Align marketing plans with production, operations, and sales to match capacity and delivery timelines.

Metrics & reporting:

Track leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, and campaign ROI; produce monthly dashboards and optimization plans.

Channel & partner development:

Build distributor/vendor relationships and support B2B outreach and negotiations.

Representation:

Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and supplier/vendor forums.
Required qualifications & skills

Education:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related;

MBA or postgraduate

preferred.

Experience:

3-7+ years

in marketing, ideally in manufacturing, industrial goods, engineering products, or B2B sectors.

Technical skills:

Strong digital marketing know?how, content creation, CRM familiarity, and experience with trade show planning.

Soft skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Analytical ability:

Comfortable with data, KPI tracking, and deriving actionable insights.

Personal traits:

Creative, proactive, result?oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Lead volume and quality

(monthly qualified leads).

Conversion rate

from lead ? opportunity ? order.

Campaign ROI

and cost per lead.

Event ROI

(leads/orders attributable to trade shows).

Time?to?market

for new collateral and product launches.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,614.50 - ₹25,952.13 per month
