Responsibilities

Handle brand building and engagement initiatives Conceptualize and implement ATL / BTL initiatives towards brand building Manage day-to-day activities associated to related marketing efforts, including, creative development, cross-functional implementation, and campaign tracking, working on several Marketing collaterals such as brochures, mailers, Inserts etc. Act as interface between Creative Agencies, strategic partners & vendors Handling Media & Creative agency for Brand Promotions & timely execution of campaigns Giving a Briefing to Creative Agency and other vendors for the Ads & other activity Take quote from different vendors and negotiate with them for a best deal Keep track of the marketing intelligence, real estate industry news and updates Support the sales staff with the marketing collaterals Coordinate with the associated creative agency, PR agency and vendor for execution of the marketing collaterals & process Handle Project Launch, Exhibitions, Trade fair & Events for brand enhancement as well as for increasing the number of sales

What are we looking for?

Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies Experience in handling marketing campaigns, collaterals, and event management Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills Proficiency in working with creative agencies and vendors Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
