EMIC Electricals is a manufacturing / electrical-products company based in MIDC Malegaon, Sinnar (Nashik). We design and manufacture electrical systems and components, and aim to grow our brand and market presence. We're now seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help drive business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies -- both digital and offline -- to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. Indeed+2HRBLADE+2
Plan and execute marketing campaigns: social media, content marketing, print materials/brochures, product catalogs, events/trade-shows (if applicable), and product launch activities. Indeed+2starthive.com+2
Conduct market research: analyse market trends, competitor offerings, customer segments, and identify potential opportunities/markets. factoHR+1
Coordinate with production, sales, operations teams to align marketing with manufacturing output and business objectives.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics (leads generated, conversion, ROI, brand visibility), adjust strategies for optimal results. Indeed+1
Manage marketing budget, oversee creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, online content), maintain brand messaging and positioning. HRBLADE+1
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. Indeed+1
3-7 years (or more) of proven experience in marketing -- preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, electrical goods, or related fields. Velvet Jobs+1
Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, content, SEO/SEM), traditional marketing, and market-research. Indeed+1
Excellent communication, presentation and team-coordination skills. Ability to work across functions (sales, production, operations).
