Job Title: Digital & Offline Marketing ManagerRole Overview
You will lead all marketing activities across digital platforms and offline channels. Your goal is to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
Plan and run campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Handle SEO, SEM, and website traffic growth.
Manage social media content, engagement, and brand presence.
Track campaign performance and report ROI.
Manage email, SMS, WhatsApp marketing and automation.
Coordinate with designers for creatives, videos, and banners.
Offline Marketing
Plan store-level promotions, events, and branding activities.
Coordinate ATL/BTL activities -- print ads, hoardings, radio, pamphlets, etc.
Ensure consistent branding across stores, signages, POS materials.
Liaise with vendors for printing, branding, and field activities.
Support new store launch promotions and footfall-building campaigns.
Brand Strategy
Build monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all platforms.
Research competitors and market trends.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain marketing dashboards.
Track budgets and optimize spends.
Provide weekly performance updates to management.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of digital ads, analytics, and social media tools.
Experience in offline branding, event coordination, and vendor management.
Creative thinking with strong execution ability.
Good communication and project management skills.
Ability to work with design teams and agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in digital + offline marketing.
Experience in retail or apparel industry is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
