Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals and sales targets.

Build, strengthen and manage the brand image in the luxury automobile market.

Design and execute 360 marketing campaigns (Digital, ATL, BTL, PR, Events, Influencer Marketing,

Sponsorships).

Follow OEM guidelines in designing marketing strategies and ensure strict compliance with brand

standards.

Liaise and maintain strong relationships with OEM teams to align campaigns, co-create initiatives and

leverage OEM resources.

Manage luxury customer engagement programs, experiential events and brand collaborations.

Contribute to the Annual Business Plan (ABP) with insights, strategies and marketing-driven revenue

contributions.

Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure ROI and cost optimization.

Maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms and touchpoints.

Track, analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead Generation: Achieve quarterly targets for qualified leads contributing to sales funnel.

Brand Awareness: Increase brand recall and preference scores through market surveys.

Event ROI: Measure success of luxury events/launches through footfall, media coverage and lead

conversion.

Campaign Performance: ROI on marketing spend, CPL (Cost Per Lead) and campaign response rates.

Sales Contribution: % contribution of marketing-led leads to overall sales closures.

Customer Engagement: Increase repeat customer engagement and NPS (Net Promoter Score).

Budget Management: Ensure ?5% variance between planned and actual marketing spends.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in luxury brand marketing (automobile, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium sectors).

Proven track record in 360 marketing management (Digital, ATL & BTL).

Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, CRM and lead generation funnels.

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen linking marketing to sales results.

Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.

Creative yet analytical approach with focus on measurable outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
