Job Description

you'll do:

? Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online + offline) for property projects (residential/commercial)

? Manage digital presence -- social media, property portals, ads, website/landing pages -- to generate lead and visibility

? Create marketing collaterals: brochures, presentations, project promos; support property launches, open-houses & events

? Work closely with sales team -- pass qualified leads, support conversions, help close deals

? Monitor campaign performance, analyse lead-flow & conversion metrics ? improve ROI & sales results

? Internal administration work to support Sales Team

You should have:

? 2-5 years (or more) experience in real-estate / property marketing or similar roles

? Good marketing-sense + digital marketing skills (social media / ads / content / CRM)

? Strong communication, coordination, and team-work skills -- with ability to work with sales, creative/agency teams, and client etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
