House of Cure is a premium medical co-working and wellness centre that provides state-of-the-art cabins, consulting spaces, clinical support facilities, and patient-friendly services for doctors and wellness professionals. We aim to create a seamless ecosystem where practitioners can grow their practice while offering exceptional care to patients.
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving occupancy of cabins, co-working spaces, studio rooms, and wellness facilities. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for doctors and wellness practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
Engage with doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness practitioners.
Build a strong database of local clinics, hospitals, and independent practitioners.
2. Sales Presentations & Tours:
Conduct property tours showcasing cabins, facilities, and value-added services.
Clearly explain packages, pricing, support services, and infrastructure advantages.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable plans.
3. Sales Conversion & Negotiation:
Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Address objections professionally and negotiate commercial terms.
Maintain high conversion ratios with timely communication.
4. Client Onboarding:
Support documentation, KYC collection, and agreement formalities.
Coordinate with operations & admin to prepare the cabin before move-in.
Ensure a smooth start for new practitioners.
5. Relationship Management:
Maintain healthy relationships with existing practitioners to promote renewals.
Understand ongoing needs, take feedback, and coordinate support.
Identify upsell opportunities (extra hours, additional cabins, clinical support add-ons, visibility packages).
6. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain CRM entries, daily call logs, and lead statuses.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Centre Manager.
Track occupancy, revenue targets, and lead-to-conversion ratios.

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (real estate, co-working, medical sales, hospitality preferred).
Graduate in any stream.
Experience in B2B/B2C service sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
