Act as the brand custodian ensuring consistent messaging & identity.
Events & Promotions
Plan and execute
seasonal, festive, and promotional events

Work with agencies, vendors, tenants & internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Conduct market & customer research to align event themes and messaging.
Public Relations & Communication
Maintain strong relationships with
tenants, customers, media & local partners

Manage PR activities, media coordination & press releases.
Handle customer feedback and support community-focused initiatives.
