Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new

B2B business opportunities

for

PVC heat stabilizers, lubricants, and additives

in domestic and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with

PVC processors, compounders, and masterbatch manufacturers.

Conduct

market research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping

to identify growth areas. Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to achieve business targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with

R&D and Technical teams

to deliver customer-specific solutions and new product introductions. Negotiate and finalize

pricing, commercial terms, and long-term supply contracts

. Participate in

industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows

to promote FIL's brand and offerings. Prepare and present

sales forecasts, reports, and market insights

to senior management.
Ensure

customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

through effective account management

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
