Waari(TM) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate enquiries, and create engaging travel content. You will plan and execute digital and offline marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate across teams to ensure impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and enquiries through online and offline marketing channels. Develop and execute content strategies for campaigns, events, partnerships, and tour launches. Working on all marketing and promotional content for all ATAs/ATPs associated with Waari, Sponsorship Events, Travel Trade Fairs, Business & Social Groups, etc. All Creative Jobs follow up with Creative Artist to make it done and proceed with in Time limits. Manage website/blog content, social media planning, posting, and performance tracking. Create engaging copy for ads, blogs, emails, and destination content. Plan and run digital ad campaigns (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with defined budgets. Track and analyze performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, engagement) and optimize campaigns. Research travel trends, competitor strategies, and market insights for continuous improvement. Support offline promotions, events, and partnership marketing activities. Collaborate with sales, admin, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

3-5 years of marketing experience (travel/lifestyle preferred). Should adhere to strict timelines, targets and should have experienced creative inputs. Strong writing, storytelling, and research skills. Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media tools. Knowledge of Print media, Sponsorship events, Networking forums, Distributor channels and Agent management Experience managing ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. Ability to multitask, manage projects, and deliver results within timelines. Passion for travel and creating engaging customer experiences. Should be highly competitive and be able to manage a team with utmost efficiency.
