Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market share in the industrial and specialty gas sector.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends in gas manufacturing and applications.
Prepare annual marketing and sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Business Development & Sales
Identify new clients, industries, and sectors for growth (steel, fabrication, pharma, chemical, healthcare, etc.).
Develop strong business relationships with key accounts, distributors, and dealers.
Achieve sales and revenue targets through strategic customer acquisition and retention.
Branding & Promotion
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, technical seminars, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
Oversee preparation of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients by ensuring excellent service delivery.
Handle client queries, technical support coordination, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.
Provide market feedback to R&D and operations for product development and improvement.
Reporting & MIS
Track sales performance, prepare marketing budgets, and report progress to senior management.
Analyze ROI of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering
(MBA preferred).
8-10 years of experience
in industrial / manufacturing marketing, preferably in
industrial gases,
Manufacturing engineering.
Strong understanding of
B2B marketing, distribution channels, and industrial client management
.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams, work under pressure, and achieve business growth targets.
Knowledge of
digital marketing and CRM tools
will be an added advantage.
