About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Marketing Manager

with a proven track record in the education sector. The ideal candidate will lead the marketing function, drive brand positioning, generate quality leads, and implement strategic campaigns to support student acquisition and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights within the education sector.

Brand Management

Strengthen brand visibility across digital and offline platforms. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications, campaigns, and touchpoints.

Campaigns & Lead Generation

Plan, manage, and optimize student recruitment campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social, content, email) and offline channels (events, partnerships, print). Drive lead generation and nurture campaigns to meet enrollment targets.

Digital Marketing

Oversee digital presence including website, social media, and content marketing initiatives. Monitor analytics, track ROI, and enhance performance through data-driven decision-making.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage, mentor, and motivate a marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns. Collaborate with admissions, academic, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.

Events & Partnerships

Organize education fairs, webinars, workshops, and campus events. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, universities, industry bodies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in the

education industry

(universities, edtech, training, or related sectors). Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. Proven ability to develop strategies that drive measurable growth in student enrollments. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, automation tools, etc.).
