We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our fastener manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective B2B marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and drive business growth across industrial, automotive, construction, and OEM segments. Key responsibilities include planning and managing marketing campaigns, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, CRM), preparing catalogs and promotional content, supporting the sales team with marketing tools, and building strong engagement programs with distributors, contractors, and OEM clients. The role also requires analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities, as well as representing the company at trade shows and exhibitions. Candidates should have 4-8 years of experience in industrial/B2B marketing (preferably in fasteners, hardware, or manufacturing), strong knowledge of distribution channels, and excellent communication and project management skills. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. This is a growth-focused role with clear KPIs in lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue contribution. Willingness to travel is required.
