Job Summary



We are seeking an organized and creative QSR Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our Korean-inspired quick-service restaurant (QSR) in Mumbai. The role involves driving customer engagement, managing local campaigns, and overseeing routine content shoots to ensure the brand is consistently represented at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's overarching goals. Drive foot traffic through promotional offers, store activations, and festive campaigns tailored for the Mumbai market. Collaborate with local influencers and creative partners to amplify brand awareness. Organize and oversee routine content shoots, including food photography, menu updates, and store visuals. Work closely with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to ensure content quality aligns with brand standards. Maintain a repository of high-quality visual assets for use across marketing channels. Manage localized digital campaigns across platforms like Instagram and Facebook to engage the Mumbai audience. Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure campaigns are optimized for local relevance and ROI. Build relationships with local brands, event organizers, and community leaders for partnerships and activations. Organize and manage sampling events, pop-ups, and other promotional activities in high-traffic areas. Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement at the store level. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and marketing efforts. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistent communication and alignment with broader brand objectives.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in QSR or F&B. Strong experience in organizing content shoots and managing campaigns.
Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation workflows. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
Traits:

Passionate about food and an understanding of Korean street food trends is a plus. Collaborative, self-driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of Mumbai's consumer landscape.
