Monday to Alternate Saturday

Timings:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing activities across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.

Assist in the development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and site branding materials.

Work closely with media and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Visit project sites regularly to identify marketing needs and support on-ground teams with required materials.

Support the implementation of campaigns and promotions across different channels.

Monitor social media pages and coordinate with the digital team to maintain consistency in messaging.

Track and report performance of campaigns, generating basic insights for internal reviews.

Assist in organizing events, site activations, and property expos.

Stay informed on competitor activities and trends in the real estate marketing space.

Prepare and submit weekly reports on marketing activities to the Marketing Head.

Key Requirements

2-4 years of marketing experience (real estate experience preferred).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Understanding of real estate campaigns and customer targeting.

Proficiency in using MS Office and basic marketing tools.

Compensation

Open for discussion - based on experience and capabilities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
