Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer to
lead our comprehensive marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving user and service
provider acquisition through a blend of strategic content, targeted campaigns, and
continuous performance optimization. If you're passionate about B2B marketing, have a

Must-have qualifications
A background/education in understanding
Lifesciences/Pharma is a must.
Experience: 1-4 years
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on
both buyer and seller acquisition.
o Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and
other relevant channels.
o Manage and optimize targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns, with an eye on ROI
and performance metrics.
Campaign Management & Analytics:
o Set up tracking and reporting systems to measure key performance
indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion, and acquisition costs.
o Continuously optimize campaigns based on A/B testing and data analysis.
o Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Partnerships:
o Collaborate closely with the sales and onboarding teams to ensure
consistent messaging and a seamless lead conversion process.
o Engage with industry influencers and explore partnership opportunities to
broaden the platform's reach.
o Identify and manage opportunities for co-branded content and joint
marketing initiatives with industry associations and forums.
SEO & Content Marketing:
o Work to improve the platform's organic reach through SEO best practices
and strategic content initiatives.
o Oversee the creation of thought leadership pieces, case studies, and
industry reports that showcase our platform's value.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or niche
biotechnology industry environment.
Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing, including both organic content creation and
paid advertising.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
LinkedIn Analytics) and A/B testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting
compelling marketing messages.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Familiarity with the biopharma or life sciences industry is a plus, though not
mandatory.
