Job Title: Digital Marketing and Web Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing and Web Development Manager to lead a team of Web Developers, SEO Experts, and PPC Specialists. The ideal candidate will manage digital projects end-to-end, ensuring strategic alignment and high performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary digital team. Set goals, KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Strategy & Project Management:

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies. Oversee website development, SEO, and PPC initiatives. Coordinate timelines and deliverables with stakeholder.

SEO & Content:

Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices. Analyse performance and guide SEO content creation.

PPC Campaigns:

Manage Google & Facebook Ads with a focus on ROI. Monitor performance and optimize budget allocation.

Analytics & Reporting:

Use Google Analytics, GTM, etc., for insights and tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and support teams. Serve as the main point of contact for digital initiatives. Present regular performance reports and recommendations.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
