Plan and execute brand promotion activities, both online and offline.
Collaborate with influencers, PR partners, and event organizers to boost brand visibility.
Launch and manage promotional campaigns, product positioning initiatives, and experiential marketing.
Track promotional campaign effectiveness and report on ROI and brand engagement.
3. Website Redesign & Management:
Lead website revamp projects, collaborating with developers, designers, and content writers.
Ensure an optimized, responsive, and user-friendly interface aligned with brand goals.
Manage regular website updates, content uploads, and performance enhancements.
Integrate SEO and analytics into website planning.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Perform SEO audits and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Optimize content, structure, and speed for improved search engine rankings.
Track performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
5. Marketing Campaigns:
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and optimize performance.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars and creative briefs for campaigns.
Align campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals.
6. Marketing Decks, Pitches & Presentations:
Develop high-impact marketing decks, investor presentations, and sales pitches.
Create visually compelling and data-backed presentations for leadership, business development, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor pitches for different audiences.
7. Content & Social Media Management:
Develop and oversee the execution of content strategy for blogs, emailers, social media, and campaigns.
Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Track engagement metrics and continuously refine content and social media strategies.
8. Events, PR & Outreach:
Plan and coordinate events, webinars, exhibitions, and trade shows for brand visibility.
Build media relations and manage public relations activities, including drafting press releases and organizing coverage.
Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in marketing, branding, SEO, and digital campaigns.
Proven experience in managing website projects and promotional initiatives.
Strong command over content writing, presentation design, and communication skills.
Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, PowerPoint, WordPress, SEMrush, or similar.
Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) is a plus.
