We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our digital and offline marketing efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and marketing analytics. You'll be responsible for boosting brand visibility, footfall, and customer loyalty across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with business goals
Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google & Meta Ads, Email, CRM)
Manage content, social media, influencer marketing, and online engagement
Plan and activate offline marketing: in-store promos, mall events, branding, and merchandising
Handle media buying and negotiate with radio stations and theatres for advertising
Organize product launches, campaigns, and local events with clear ROI tracking
Drive PR activities, manage influencer/celebrity collaborations
Implement customer engagement and loyalty programs
Monitor KPIs, footfall, and campaign performance; manage the marketing budget
