Holistically manage and take new marketing initiatives to ensure quality lead growth, brand visibility, and conversion rates. This role will be responsible for building and managing a robust lead flow through performance marketing, brand awareness initiatives, and close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Growth
Create and execute marketing strategies to drive quality leads
Take initiative on PR, influencer, and marketing campaigns
Increase brand awareness and drive footfalls to stores/showrooms
2. Performance Marketing
Manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Continuously optimise creatives, targeting & budgets for best ROI
4. CRM & Retention
Build WhatsApp, call, and mail remarketing campaigns
Engage and convert leads through structured communication
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates & lead quality
Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
6. Content & Organic Growth
Collaborate with content/SEO teams to drive organic leads
Manage blog, influencer, and affiliate marketing
7. Team & Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with sales teams for ensuring all branding creatives are up to the mark
Manage agency and internal marketing team to ensure quality execution
8. Brand strategy
Ensure brand relevance in a competitive landscape and all content (ads, brochures, social media, packaging, website) reflects brand tone and narrative.
