We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Marketing Manager

to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare market in Amaravati & Yavatmal and will be responsible for promoting the hospital's services, strengthening the brand, and driving patient footfall through effective outreach and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning:


Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with hospital goals.

Brand Management:


Enhance hospital visibility and reputation through targeted campaigns, PR activities, and community engagement.

Referral Network Development:


Build and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners, specialists, clinics, and diagnostic centers to ensure a steady patient referral pipeline.

Digital Marketing:


Plan and execute online marketing activities, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns to enhance patient acquisition.

Corporate & Community Outreach:


Organize health camps, awareness programs, corporate tie-ups, and school health check-ups to engage with the community.

Market Research & Analysis:


Monitor competitor activity, patient trends, and market developments to inform marketing strategies.

Lead Conversion:


Collaborate with front office, call center, and clinical teams to ensure high conversion of inquiries to admissions.

Collaterals & Promotions:


Oversee the development of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, newsletters, and digital content.

Budget Management:


Manage marketing budgets efficiently and evaluate ROI on campaigns.

Reporting:


Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign results to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing Strong network within the medical fraternity in Amaravati & Yavatmal is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Ability to work independently and handle multi-city campaigns (if applicable) Strong analytical and organizational skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
