We are now looking for an enthusiastic

Marketing Manager

to join our growing team and help us further establish Tathastu Resorts as a leader in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Position Overview:

As a

Marketing Manager

, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings for Tathastu Resorts. We are looking for a creative, results-driven individual with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, travel, or tourism, and a strong grasp of strategic planning and marketing management.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase visibility and bookings for Tathastu Resorts across multiple locations (Pench, Satpura, Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Tadoba). Manage all aspects of the marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and offline promotions. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to attracting guests. Plan and execute targeted campaigns to attract diverse customer segments (family travelers, wildlife enthusiasts, corporate groups, etc.). Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and social media posts. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key partners to enhance brand presence. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to ensure marketing strategies remain effective and relevant. Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:



2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry. Strong understanding of marketing management, including both digital and traditional marketing techniques. Experience in strategic planning, campaign management, and brand positioning. Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills. Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.). Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
