Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, client acquisition, and retention.
- Create a cohesive marketing plan aligning with business goals for both online and offline channels.
2. Digital Marketing :
- Oversee digital campaigns across platforms like social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Analyze online marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
- Manage the brand's online presence, including website updates and social media content.
3. Offline Marketing:
- Design and execute offline marketing campaigns such as events, workshops, trade shows, and print advertisements.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community networks.
- Handle branding materials like flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional items.
4. Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, informative, and relevant content.
- Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all channels.
5. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze their strategies.
6. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively for maximum output.
- Ensure cost-efficiency while delivering impactful campaigns.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and design teams to align marketing efforts.
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, if applicable.
8. Reporting & Analytics:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in both online and offline strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
