Sales & Purchase planning by periodically reviewing targets and MIS
Provide inputs for annual Sales Planning
Regular communication / periodic visits with long-term / repeated customers.
Negotiate and finalize the terms of sales order (including value and price) within specified guardrails
Seek approvals for deviation to Standard Contracts
Execute the sales contract as per negotiation
Follow up with customer / internal teams to ensure closure of contracts
Business Development, Customer Engagement and Market Intelligence
Collate market demand from existing/new customers. Conduct market mapping for various product categories and exploring further potential from existing customers
Share market intelligence and competitor tracking on pricing and product details on regular basis
Coordinate with Group companies for various metal requirements
MIS - Accurate Data Management
Timely reporting of deals to ensure hedging of currency and index (if applicable)
Digitisation and Automation
Support comprehensive digitization strategies to optimise operational efficiency
Innovate and implement automation solutions to support overall organisational goals / strategy
Qualifications: Qualification - Graduate, Post-Graduation Preferable Experience - 10+ Years of experience, Commodity Trading experience would be preferable
