The Manager - Marketing will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives for all programs of PSG Institute of Management. The role includes lead generation, brand visibility, content development, program promotion, stakeholder engagement, and increasing enrolment for MDPs, FDPs, academic programs, and institutional events. The role also involves working closely with internal departments and external corporate contacts to enhance institutional branding, outreach, and corporate training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake marketing of all the programs of PSGIM that includes lead generation, increasing enrollment for a program.
Managing data bases for conduct of MDP/FDP/any programs including events. This includes content creation for invites and brochures and dissemination of information to target groups and managing participant enrolment.
Coordinate with PRC/ Admissions for increasing visibility and contributing towards placement index/ admission process.
Undertake content creation in coordination with program or event coordinators to publish in print and other visual media including social media. Responsible for uploading and creating impact.
Undertake preparation of flex/flex stands and other outdoor marketing media in coordination with the Institute norms.
Maintain data base and records pertaining to prospective participants or clients which is crucial for networking.
Engage in strategic planning and execution of increasing the visibility of the institute.
To coordinate with the MDP head and identify opportunities for conduct of MDP/Consulting/Training. Liaison with human resource managers of corporates for promoting ALPS as an outbound training center.
Maintain records and provide periodic reports to the Director i/c
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to meet corporate clients, conduct business presentations, and close deals.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Canva, and Digital Marketing tools & platforms.
Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder coordination.
4-8 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Corporate Sales / Training/Consulting Program Promotion
