Jeevan Rekha Hospital, Raiganj, is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Marketing Manager
to lead and execute marketing strategies across the Malda and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare marketing, brand promotion, and patient outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties
Develop and manage branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Coordinate with doctors, departments, and external partners for outreach programs
Handle digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online promotions
Organize health camps, referral programs, and community engagement activities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years in marketing (Healthcare sector preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of regional market dynamics in West Bengal
Ability to manage teams and multiple campaigns
Proficiency in digital and offline marketing strategies
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing
Familiarity with local healthcare networks and referral systems
