Marketing Manager
to lead our digital presence and public engagement efforts. You will be responsible for transforming our brand's voice into captivating visual stories, primarily through high-impact
Reels and Stories
. Beyond the screen, you will bridge the gap between digital and physical spaces by coordinating
art events
and community initiatives to drive authentic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy:
Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on short-form video content (
Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
).
Trend Analysis:
Monitor daily social media trends, viral sounds, and platform algorithm changes to ensure our content remains relevant and highly discoverable.
Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate art-focused events and community meet-ups to foster real-world connections and generate "behind-the-scenes" digital content.
Public Engagement:
Actively manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, hosting "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) sessions, and sparking conversations.
Brand Aesthetics:
Maintain a consistent and innovative digital aesthetic that reflects our brand's creative identity across all stories, posts, and marketing materials.
Cross-Platform Growth:
Promote and distribute content across various channels to maximize reach, ensuring each platform (Instagram, facebook, linkdin etc.) is utilized for its unique strengths.
