Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
Plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, print, events, etc.).
Manage the company's social media platforms and content strategy.
Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize results.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for marketing materials and events.
Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional events in colleges and institutions.
Maintain and enhance the company's online reputation and digital footprint.
Qualification and Skills
MBA
in Marketing or related field.
Experience in the edtech industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
