Marketing Manager -



We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for our waterproofing and construction chemicals division. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in strategic marketing, branding, client acquisition, and team leadership. This role is key to driving business growth across South India, particularly through franchise development, digital engagement, and high-value client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to promote waterproofing and chemical services.

Define short-term and long-term marketing objectives and performance targets.

Brand Management



Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials to reinforce market positioning.

Enhance brand visibility and reputation through visual and verbal communication strategies.

Lead Generation & Campaigns



Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social media.

Collaborate with digital agencies and freelancers for campaign execution and optimization.

Content Creation



Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content including brochures, videos, blog posts, social media graphics, and case studies.

Ensure content aligns with brand tone, educates the audience, and supports lead generation.

Market Research & Analysis



Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify new trends, customer pain points, and business opportunities.

Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Event Management



Plan and manage the company's participation in trade shows, industry exhibitions, franchise expos, and seminars.

Coordinate event logistics, branding, and promotional materials.

Sales & Marketing Alignment



Work closely with the sales and franchise development team to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.

Develop customized sales tools and presentations to support business development.

Client Handling & Franchise Expansion



Handle high-value client inquiries and franchise prospects with professionalism and strategic insight.

Support franchise recruitment and onboarding efforts in the South Indian market.

Social Media Management



Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring regular, high-quality, and engaging content.

Track social engagement and community feedback to refine strategies.

Budget & Vendor Management



Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Oversee third-party vendors, creative teams, and advertising agencies.

Performance Monitoring



Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI using data analytics tools.

Prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements for underperforming areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or construction/chemical industries.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and metrics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience with South Indian markets and regional marketing will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ?40,000 - ?50,000 per month
