Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve brand and business objectives.
Plan and manage ATL / BTL campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, and online ads.
Coordinate with sales, distribution, and product development teams for market alignment.
Oversee packaging, branding, and advertising for new and existing products.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Track marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
In-depth understanding of FMCG marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
Experience in digital marketing, ATL / BTL promotions, and product positioning.
Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and digital campaign tools.
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Administration.
Experience: 5-10 years in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail Marketing
