We are looking for a driven Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience, preferably within startup environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building brands from the ground up, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, and driving visibility and engagement across both digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage 360-degree marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market reach.
Lead brand positioning initiatives, ensuring consistency with Yelow Door's values and vision.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising) and offline (events, partnerships, print media) channels.
Analyze campaign performance using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms; optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with leadership and creative teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Oversee content creation, PR, and communications to ensure brand messaging is clear and compelling.
Manage budgets, timelines, and external vendor relationships as required.
Key Requirements:
4-5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with startup exposure.
Demonstrated success in brand building and positioning in competitive markets.
Proficiency in developing and executing holistic marketing plans.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
