Achieve brand market share targets and Top Line Sales with Integrated Brand planning/ Customer planning along with long term forecasting. Responsible for planning and executing KOL advocacy including international speaker programs, Train the trainer, Advisory boards, national and regional level meetings. Responsible for launching and managing brands in any of the identified therapeutic segments and develop Innovative marketing campaigns to realize the desired objectives for the brand.
Tasks & responsibilities
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Legal, Healthcare Compliance, Purchase, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply chain for brand objectives
Compute monthly provisions to arrive at DP and DSS spends
Aligning brand promotional campaigns and advocacy to Critical success factors.
Support in ICP development with cross-functional collaboration.
Plan, allocate and control resources (sales FTE and promotional budget with segment-wise approach)
Responsible for managing strategic initiatives in listed therapeutic segments.
Customer insight mining and ensuring translation into brand strategy.
Explore new channels like digital media in advocacy and communication and facilitating execution.
Jointly Accountable with Medical for respective Therapy specific Campaigns
Recommend reutilization of Therapy specific Global ICE digital content to Content Manager
Oversee the creation of all content, including copy and visual based for the required brief to Content Manager
Participate in ICP journey development and the associated content requirements
Formulate digital strategy for the Brand and lead execution
Requirements
Education : Post Graduate in Science/Marketing Master of Business Administration
10+ years of experience in marketing, with experience in Hospital base products.
Exploring new indication
Product life cycle management
Real world data generation opportunities
Interaction with Multiple Stakeholders at Country, Regional & Global Level.
Complete understanding and navigating the organization's processes for planning and organizing marketing initiatives.
Strong sales and Marketing experience to formulate the brand plan and drive strategy execution to achieve top line and bottom line objectives.
Business and financial acumen high, people leadership intermediate, high on collaboration, relevant marketing experience. minimum 8-9 years experience.
