Admissions Targets & Accountability



Achieve and

guarantee admissions targets

(monthly, quarterly, and annual) as assigned by management. Take complete ownership of enquiry generation, follow-ups, counselling coordination, and final admissions. Ensure high conversion rates from leads to confirmed admissions.

Regional & Bulk Admissions Strategy



Plan and execute bulk admission drives from

North East states, Bihar, UP, and Nepal

. Build, manage, and monitor

education agents, counselors, aggregators, and institutional tie-ups

. Conduct school visits, seminars, group counselling sessions, and roadshows.

Marketing Planning & Scheduling



Prepare

monthly and quarterly marketing schedules

covering: On-ground promotions Digital campaigns Agent activities Conduct and attend

marketing meetings

, school meetings, agent meetings, and internal review meetings.

Digital Marketing Oversight



Plan, monitor, and optimize:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SMO (Social Media Optimization)

GMB / GNB (Google Business Profile)

Google Ads / AdWords campaigns

Coordinate with digital agencies or internal teams to ensure lead quality and ROI.

Reporting & Management Communication



Prepare and submit

fortnightly and monthly performance reports

to management, including: Admissions achieved vs targets Region-wise performance Agent productivity Digital campaign analysis Cost per lead and cost per admission Present insights, challenges, and corrective action plans to management.

Team Leadership & Coordination



Lead and supervise the admissions and marketing team. Coordinate with academic, hostel, accounts, and administration departments for smooth admission closures. Train counsellors and team members on programs, fee structure, and selling points.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
