Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the marketing & sales team
Plan and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects
Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with design team for client meetings and proposals
Handle key client negotiations and project closures
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Build relationships with builders, contractors, and referral partners
Support branding and promotional activities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in marketing/sales (interior or construction field preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to plan targets and achieve results
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
